Our PointOne integration

Here’s how our pointOne integration works:

  1. Deliverect establishes a connection between your online order and delivery channels and your pointOne POS. 

  2. Orders made on a variety of delivery platforms are then aggregated directly to your pointOne POS system.

  3. You get a complete overview of all your orders on one device.

  4. Thanks to our two-way integrations, you can also sync online menus directly from your pointOne POS.

This integration requires a subscription to pointOne and Deliverect.

Customers hate queuing or waiting for service. This way they don’t have to. The app lets them order in their own time and it fires straight through to your bar or kitchen for fulfilment freeing up their FOH staff to provide excellent customer service.


Slick, accurate integration - their open API means their integration with Deliverect is seamless – it allows customers to easily manage orders from all their delivery aggregators with no need for any manual input or processing of orders. Instead, all online orders are received by your EPoS and distributed instantly to the kitchen printer or KDS (Kitchen Display Screen) for fulfilment. Zero errors and 100% accuracy.


Integrated stock control and reporting analytics – pointOne's integrated intelligence means that customers can optimise their stock ordering to ensure food waste is minimised. PointOne's reporting suite allows customers to generate automated day-to-day reports on sales revenues and inventory levels keeping you on top of your operation. This, coupled with our granular and bespoke reporting, takes out any of the guesswork and provides all the comparable analytics you need to make informed decisions.
